Each of the position is for one year except for Corresponding Secretary. Please email all nominations to me or deliver in person to the pool office. Nominations will remain open up until voting begins.
President –The President shall preside at all meetings of the general membership and the Executive Committee. The President shall be a member ex-officio of each standing and special committee. The President may call special meetings when necessary.
Vice President – The Vice President will assume all duties of the President in the absence or the temporary disability of the President. In the event of the President resignation the Vice President shall assume the Presidency for the remainder of the term.
Recording Secretary- The Recording Secretary shall keep the minutes of the meeting of the organization and of the Executive Committee.
Corresponding Secretary - The Corresponding Secretary shall be responsible for all official correspondence of this organization, including giving notice of time and place of each meeting. The Corresponding Secretary shall be responsible for obtaining appropriate awards for all meets, invitationals and championships and being present on the event day.
