YMCA States Meet Info Packet (March 24-25)
Top 9 Relays and Top 12 Individuals per event will qualify. You will not know if
you have qualified for States until after you swim your event and the official
results have been posted.
States Hotel Info: The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center
Group Rate: $95/night +tax for a deluxe room w/ 2 double beds ($15 more if cot
is needed)
This hotel has a full service restaurant as well as a lounge. Breakfast is NOT
complementary please plan accordingly. In the past families have gone
downtown to Irving’s for bagels.
Please call the hotel directly at 1-800-233-7505 and reference code (CHAC12B).
To avoid charges the hotel requires a 72 hour cancellation notice. This
cancellation notice is well after Districts. So in the event a swimmer does not
advance to states, there’s appeal time to cancel.
Cut Off Date for Group Rate: 3/12/12 @12am. If you decide to wait till after
Districts there’s no guarantee a room will be available.
